REMOTE HANDLING TOOLS

We supply a range of cutting, welding, manipulation, inspection and cleaning tools suitable for deployment by remote manipulators such as Dexter.

We supply the tools as stand-alone items or together with the power, control and connection systems to facilitate their remote operation.

All of the tools will operate in radiation environments up to a total dose exposure of 100kGy and incorporate a range of features to facilitate their recovery after failure in a hostile environment.

All of our tools can be supplied with the OTL standard remote handling multi-service connector.

The connector facilitates the fully remote connection of 4 hydraulic lines, 4 gas lines, 2 welding lines and 120 electrical signal connections in one action.

The connector is easily handled by a remote manipulator.
