VIRTUAL REALITY MODELLING & ANIMATIONS

Oxford Technologies has many years experience in the creation and use of 3D computer models and animations for remote handling applications.

We make extensive use of these facilities for preparation and operation of our remote handling systems.

Our models are displayed and visualised in real time on affordable PC based hardware and software including, but not limited to, one of our own products VR4Robots®.

We offer customers a wide range of opportunities including:-
- Model creation from customer source data or scanned data
- Creation of virtual robot and remote manipulator systems with built-in kinematics
- Real time connection of the virtual environment to the real world systems
- Creation of virtual mock-up trials for validation of concept methodologies and tasks
- Simulation of overall concepts including plant design, material flow, hot cells, waste handling, packaging and transportation
- Creation of animation sequences with photorealistic rendering.

We also offer a consultancy service for the transfer of CAD model data files between CAD and 3D Visualisation platforms.
