Electrical Electronics Design EngineerFull time position
The appointee will be expected to derive and deliver solutions for client remote handling applications over the full life cycle from requirements specification through design, implementation and development to manufacture, integration, commissioning, delivery and operation. As a standard grade engineer, you will be expected to lead and work with junior engineers and technicians.
The appointee will be expected to manage electrical / electronics contracts and contractors.
The appointee will also participate in tendering for and delivery of remote handling related projects to clients as part of the designated project teams.
Electrical Electronics Workshop TechnicianFull time position
The appointee will be expected to work under the guidance of the AIT Electrical Lead to assist in the delivery of solutions for client remote handling applications over the full product life cycle. Much of the work will be hands-on, bench and workshop based; assembling and testing systems from hand-held special tools and cables to large control panels. There will also be a desk-based element, providing engineering support for parts lists and assembly and test procedures. Integration & Test EngineerFull time position
The appointee will be based at the company HQ near Oxford, UK under the management of the Manufacturing and Assembly Manager and will be engaged in the delivery of consultancy services, equipment design and implementation projects.
The Integration & Test Engineer will work in the electrical and electro-mechanical commissioning of complex plant, including elements of software configuration and programming.
Design DraughtspersonFull time position
The positions are based at the company HQ where you will be engaged in the delivery of consultancy services, equipment design and implementation. You will be expected to take responsibility for a range of engineering activities concerning the delivery of remote handling projects which are challenging and complex – which makes them extremely interesting to work on - and involves some of the most challenging decommissioning projects currently being undertaken.
