Systems Engineer

Full time position

In co-operation with the Systems Engineering Team Leader, the appointee will be expected to maintain and progress the OTL systems engineering approach and methodologies, and to support projects from a systems engineering perspective, including clients, contracts and sub-contractors.

Control Systems and Software Engineer

Full time position

An appointee taking on this role will join a small team responsible for delivering all control and software elements on a wide range of bespoke robotic solutions for hostile environments. The appointee will be responsible for small packages of work under the supervision of the lead control and software engineer for each project. Based on performance the appointee can rapidly progress to have responsibility for larger packages and entire teams on a combination of long-term and exciting projects.
Being part of a small and dynamic team the appointee will be involved in all parts of the life cycle of remote handling control and software development from requirements specification through concept, design, implementation and development to manufacture, integration, commissioning, delivery and operation.

Electrical Electronics Design Engineer

Full time position

The appointee will be expected to derive and deliver solutions for client remote handling applications over the full life cycle from requirements specification through design, implementation and development to manufacture, integration, commissioning, delivery and operation. As a standard grade engineer, you will be expected to lead and work with junior engineers and technicians.
The appointee will be expected to manage electrical / electronics contracts and contractors.
The appointee will also participate in tendering for and delivery of remote handling related projects to clients as part of the designated project teams.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Full time position

The positions are based at the company HQ where you will be engaged in the delivery of consultancy services, equipment design and implementation. You will be expected to take responsibility for a range of engineering activities concerning the delivery of remote handling projects which are challenging and complex – which makes them extremely interesting to work on - and involves some of the most challenging decommissioning projects currently being undertaken. This will include the specification, design, procurement, integration, commissioning, and development of complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic devices.
Additionally, the appointee will be expected to contribute to the general activities within the department and company as we continue to develop and grow.

Electrical Electronics Workshop Technician

Full time position

The appointee will be expected to work under the guidance of the AIT Electrical Lead to assist in the delivery of solutions for client remote handling applications over the full product life cycle.
Much of the work will be hands-on, bench and workshop based; assembling and
testing systems from hand-held special tools and cables to large control panels. There
will also be a desk-based element, providing engineering support for parts lists and
assembly and test procedures. Teamwork and flexibility are key for the timely delivery of
the projects.
